The boilers of the second refinery of the South Pars Gas Complex have been completely renovated and this project will soon be operational. Mohsen Attarzadeh, the manager of the second refinery, emphasized the importance of this project for the continuity of production, stating that this action has resolved the wear and reduction in the thickness of the boiler tubes that had occurred in previous years, especially during the cold months.
Continuity of Repairs and Leak Resolution
Attarzadeh continued: "The continuity of repairs and the resolution of leaks in the tubes of the four boilers were pursued with the round-the-clock efforts of the staff. The dedication and selflessness of the employees ensured that production continued at maximum possible capacity and prevented interruptions in the production process." This comes while the boiler renovation project, as a large and complex project, required precise planning and the selection of a qualified contractor.

Details of the Renovation Project
The manager of the second refinery of the South Pars Gas Complex stated: "Given the wear of the tubes, a complete replacement of them was prioritized as a fundamental solution. This project required timely provision of equipment and materials." The renovation of the first boiler was completed in seven months, and the replacement of all tubes of the second boiler was successfully completed in four months, ahead of the scheduled timeline.
Attarzadeh pointed out the significance of the complete renovation of the second refinery's boilers and said: "This project has been realized for the first time in the first refinery of the South Pars Gas Complex with precise planning and the use of Iranian goods, relying on the capabilities of a domestic company." He considered this success to be the result of the solidarity, continuous effort, and responsibility of the employees and emphasized the continuation of the approach of utilizing domestic capabilities to enhance the reliability of equipment and the sustainability of production.
