Seyed Ismail Hosseini elaborated on the reconstruction process of damaged oil and gas facilities, particularly the refineries of the South Pars Gas Complex. He stated that these strategic projects are being implemented based on domestic capabilities and maximizing the capacity of contractors and manufacturers in the country.
Past Experiences and Self-Belief of Iranian Engineers
Hosseini also referred to Iran's past experiences in facility reconstruction and said: "The Iranian oil industry has faced threats and attacks multiple times over the years, but the specialists and workers in this industry have always continued the production process, energy supply, and infrastructure reconstruction with a jihadist spirit and sense of responsibility."

He emphasized the importance of the experience of reconstructing the Abadan refinery and Khark Island during the eight years of imposed war, adding: "These experiences are considered valuable assets for overcoming the current situation." Hosseini pointed out the nearly 100% construction of the Persian Gulf Star Refinery with domestic capabilities, calling it a clear example of self-belief and the capabilities of Iranian engineers.
Project Progress and Crisis Management
A member of the Energy Commission of the Parliament stated that the progress of some reconstruction projects of damaged oil facilities has even been reported ahead of the scheduled timeline, saying: "This progress is the result of precise management and planning, the field presence of managers, and the round-the-clock efforts of oil and gas industry personnel."
He also mentioned the continuity of production at the gas platforms of South Pars, the execution of major repairs, and the safe debris removal of damaged refineries, adding: "The continuation of developmental activities, including the installation of offshore platforms, reflects the high capability of the Iranian oil industry in crisis management and the dedication and responsibility of its employees." Hosseini believes that these efforts will undoubtedly help in smoothly passing through the upcoming winter.
