Mohammad Eslami, the Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, at the ceremony commemorating National Standard Day, referred to the scientific, intellectual, and managerial capacities of the country and emphasized the need for the Iranian nation to achieve a leading position in science and technology. He said: "The Iranian nation deserves to attain a leading position in science and technology." Eslami pointed to the history of science and technology in Iran and added: the capacity for thought, creativity, and managerial ability of Iranians is limitless.

Iran's Scientific and Nuclear Technology Capabilities

Eslami stated that Iran is on par with developed countries in the field of nuclear sciences and technologies, asserting: "Opposition to and refusal to acknowledge Iran's access to nuclear technology does not change the reality of the country's scientific capabilities." He also pointed out that Iran has not committed any wrongdoing in the field of nuclear technology, and if the issue of nuclear bombs is not raised, opponents will have nothing else to say.

Localization of Strategic Equipment

The Vice President addressed the role of management in nurturing the talents and capacities of the country and said: "The duty of management is to provide the groundwork, facilitate, support, guide, and back talents and processes." Eslami also noted that in conditions where industrial equipment and products are not made available to Iran, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran has been able to localize and produce this equipment according to global standards. He emphasized: "Today, nuclear technology is present in all relevant industrial sectors." He stressed that this technology belongs to the people of Iran, and the youth of the country are taking steps towards its development.

Youth Empowerment and Standardization

Eslami, referring to the average age of his colleagues, which is about 35 years, said: "This indicates the utilization of the capacities of the youth of the country." He spoke about the necessity of continuing the path of technology and standards development in the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran and clarified that without adhering to standards, achieving an optimal position is not possible. Eslami also mentioned receiving the title of the best executive organization in the field of standardization and expressed gratitude for the efforts of himself and his colleagues in this regard.
