Astronomical Salaries and Unregulated Hiring
This revelation mentions the payment of several hundred million tomans in salaries from the pockets of retirees. These heavy salaries, instead of being a reward for the efforts of employees, seem to be used as a tool for plundering the financial resources of Maraviz Petrochemical. Furthermore, reports indicate the evacuation of the Assaluyeh bunker and the establishment of a luxury office in Tehran, seemingly to facilitate illegal activities. Expenses related to a brand new car and heavy motorcycle amounting to 4.5 billion tomans have also been introduced as another example of financial abuses for the personal use of some officials.
Interference in Billion-Dollar Tenders
Alongside these issues, rent-seeking and direct interference in the engineering of billion-dollar tenders are clearly evident in this organization. This situation has challenged regulatory bodies and raised questions about the efficiency and oversight of these activities.
