The necessity of energy consumption management in the cold season
In explaining the necessity of forming this campaign, she referred to the beginning of the cold season and the importance of energy consumption management, explaining: The main question is, when can we say that we have taken effective action to solve a national issue? In previous years, many meetings and programs on optimizing energy consumption at home and the role of women in consumption management have been held, but one of the challenges of these actions has been the lack of a clear mechanism to evaluate their effectiveness.

The women's affairs advisor to the CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company stated: On one hand, there are successful experiences in the field of energy ambassadors and gas women, and on the other hand, the extensive network of women's affairs advisors and family in the National Iranian Gas Company has provided a valuable capacity for information dissemination, education, and social participation. Accordingly, the proposal for the women's community to join the national campaign of energy ambassadors was raised, which, with the support of relevant managers and the cooperation of executive sectors, including public relations, has facilitated its implementation.

Hosseinzadeh spoke about the choice of the title 'Mehrbano' for this campaign, saying: Affection is not just a beautiful word for us; it encompasses concepts such as care, attention, and responsibility. Optimizing energy consumption also requires this responsible perspective and continuous care for resources.
She pointed out the role of daily behaviors in energy consumption management, stating: Just as in daily life, paying attention to details like managing energy consumption at home and caring for existing resources can have significant effects, on a national level, a series of small and conscious behaviors can lead to valuable results.
The women's affairs advisor to the CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company continued: We want to link affection and care with the protection of national resources because when we care for the country's resources, we are, in fact, protecting our children and the future of the country. This perspective is not limited to a maternal role but emphasizes a motherly approach based on affection, attention, and responsibility.
Hosseinzadeh emphasized that the brainstorming session is the starting point of this movement, not its end, and urged CEOs, public relations heads, human resources managers, decision-makers, and policymakers to utilize existing capacities for information dissemination and to expand participation in this campaign.
She also stressed the necessity of cooperation between women's affairs advisors and provincial networks and related capacities in the provinces, stating: We expect the campaign topic to be raised in related meetings and programs and that its introduction and information dissemination be pursued widely to facilitate the presence and participation of more women in this national movement.
