Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, expressed gratitude to the United States for the return of intelligence cooperation regarding Russian missile attacks during his recent press conference in Oslo. Zelensky emphasized that the new information helps Ukraine to better prepare against Russian missile attacks.
Details of Intelligence Cooperation
Zelensky stated at the conference: "We are grateful that the intelligence is working. I am talking about early warnings that are very important for our people, especially children and adults. Because we can hear that ballistic missiles are approaching." These remarks followed Zelensky's discussions with Steven Vitkoff and Jared Kushner, U.S. representatives, in Oslo.

The President of Ukraine also noted that Washington had temporarily halted some intelligence cooperation with Kyiv in the past, but now these collaborations have resumed. He added: "We discussed early warning systems and other important issues, including Starlink and Starshield satellite communication systems."
Continuing Russian Attacks and Their Consequences
While Zelensky was discussing intelligence cooperation, Russia continued its attacks on Ukraine. In one of the recent attacks, at least three people were killed and several others injured in the Kyiv region. According to Tymur Takachenko, the military governor of the region, the bodies of the victims were found while rescue teams were battling a fire at a production and storage facility outside Kyiv.
Drone attacks have also been reported in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Dnipro regions. Meanwhile, Russian forces attacked three energy facilities in the Odesa region, resulting in power outages for over 30,000 households. This situation highlights the intensity of Russian military forces and the damage inflicted on Ukraine's critical infrastructure.
In the meantime, Zelensky mentioned in a tweet his constructive interactions with Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, stating that their discussions included topics such as ballistic missile detection systems and military assistance to Ukraine.
