More information about the Taban Farda petrochemical group
The Taban Farda petrochemical group is one of the specialized entities in the energy sector, particularly in the petrochemical and refining sectors, which entered the Tehran Stock Exchange in September 2026 with the symbol "Taban". In the initial offering of this company, 6 billion shares, equivalent to 2 percent of the total shares of the company, were offered, and after holding a general assembly and approving the financial statements, this share was reopened with a significant price increase.
Khazaei also stated that with the installment purchase of shares, applicants can directly benefit from the revenues and profits generated from this investment. Plans are in place to ensure that the offered shares are released within a maximum of two years. This plan seeks to create a model for participation and to maintain ownership and benefit from the returns of the fund's investments and the economic entities related to the oil industry.
The Deputy for Management Development and Human Capital of the Ministry of Oil further emphasized: "Supporting the livelihoods of active employees and retirees cannot be achieved solely through increasing current payments, and developing assets and creating investment opportunities can also help strengthen their financial resilience." Khazaei urged applicants to express their willingness to participate through the relevant systems and to provide the necessary guarantees.
Details of the conditions, registration process, purchasing procedure, and other executive regulations of this plan will be published by the Oil Pension Fund through the "Sama" page on the fund's information portal.
