Fathollah Hosseini stated at the inauguration ceremony of the new gas office building in Sarpol-e Zahab that we have gone through two wars, and during this time, the country's energy infrastructure has been targeted by attacks. However, people did not feel any shortage in the fuel sector. He also pointed out the damage inflicted on gas facilities and emphasized that under these conditions, people did not face gas cuts.
The Performance of the Ministry of Oil and the National Iranian Gas Company
Hosseini further clarified that in wartime and under heavy pressures, all agencies came to the forefront, and during the third imposed war and the 12-day war, officials and various forces worked with all their might to serve the people. The Ministry of Oil had a significant performance in this regard, and one of its strengths has been managerial oversight and the selection of capable managers.

He also referred to the successful performance of the National Iranian Gas Company, stating that despite the challenges, this company was able to manage the supply and distribution of gas effectively. Today, it can be said that the gas industry as a whole has performed satisfactorily in this area. The services of this organization are not limited to large cities and are carried out even in the most remote areas of the country with planning and prudence.
The Necessity of Conserving Gas Consumption
Hosseini also pointed out the necessity of conserving gas consumption during the winter season, saying: This year, we must enter action with greater preparedness. Our expectation is that the officials of the Ministry of Oil and the National Iranian Gas Company will take the necessary measures from now on so that no part of the country faces serious problems in gas supply. He urged the public to pay attention to the technical recommendations of oil and gas industry experts and to conserve gas consumption.
Hosseini concluded by stating: Managing gas consumption, especially in winter, is a national responsibility and requires cooperation between the government and the people. If both sides work together, we can pass through the upcoming winter with minimal issues. Additionally, the inauguration of the new gas office building in Sarpol-e Zahab is a valuable step towards increasing employee productivity and better serving the people.
