The extraordinary Ordinary General Assembly of Persian Gulf Holding was held this morning (Wednesday, September 25) with the aim of electing board members. This assembly was held under circumstances where there was a need to reconsider the composition of the board, and shareholder representatives discussed and voted in this session.

New Board Composition

In this assembly, out of a total of five board seats of Persian Gulf Holding, three seats were allocated to companies affiliated with the Ahdaf Investment Group and the Oil Industry Pension Funds. Additionally, one seat was given to TAPIKO and one seat was also allocated to a representative of the Justice Shares. These changes can help increase coordination and collaboration among different sectors of the holding and ultimately improve the performance and productivity of this company.

Approval of Financial Statements and Dividend

Following the assembly, the annual financial statements of Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries for the fiscal year ending June 21, 2026, were approved by the majority of members. This action signifies financial transparency and increased shareholder trust in the company's performance. Furthermore, with the assembly's agreement, the payment of 60 tomans in profit per share was approved, reflecting the company's positive performance in recent years.

The new board members, considering their experiences and expertise, will take on new responsibilities, and it is expected that by making timely and correct decisions, they will pave the way for increased production and productivity in the petrochemical sector of the country.
