Omid Shakri, the CEO of the National Petrochemical Company, reviewed and managed the goals of the petrochemical industry in a meeting with the CEOs and senior managers of petrochemical companies in the Mahshahr Special Economic Zone. In this meeting, which was held yesterday (Tuesday, July 7), Shakri appreciated the efforts of the managers during the imposed war and emphasized the importance of solidarity and cooperation among petrochemical complexes and projects in meeting the needs of the country's industries.

Synergy and Planning for Increased Production

Shakri stated that holding specialized meetings can lead to solving and addressing various issues, calling for cohesive and systematic planning among petrochemical complexes to increase production. He emphasized that this planning should align with achieving production capacities and optimizing processes.

Social Responsibility and Community Development

The CEO of the National Petrochemical Company also referred to the social responsibility of petrochemical complexes, stating: "Petrochemical complexes should not only focus on production and development activities but also pay special attention to their social responsibilities." This issue can have a direct impact on the development of local communities and improving the quality of life for residents in these areas.

In this meeting, the managers of petrochemical companies located in the Special Economic Zone also discussed issues and challenges related to their activities. These discussions can help identify problems and find suitable solutions to enhance the performance of the complexes.

Before this meeting, Omid Shakri visited the Imam Port and Fajr Energy Persian Gulf petrochemical complexes. The aim of this visit was to review the latest status of the damaged units and facilities. The Imam Port petrochemical complex has an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of petrochemical products, and the Fajr Energy Persian Gulf complex, with a capacity of 2.5 million tons, plays a significant role in meeting the needs of domestic and export markets.

Ultimately, Shakri emphasized that synergy and cooperation among petrochemical companies can lead to increased productivity and improved product quality, which requires cohesive planning and coordination among all stakeholders.
