The National Gas Company and the National Oil Company must be accountable for the selection of the current companies and the failure to utilize experienced companies in similar projects. Regulatory bodies must also monitor the increase in contract prices under various pretexts in the coming months to prevent any violations.
Given the importance of this issue, it is expected that the relevant authorities will quickly respond to these challenges and take necessary actions to expedite the reconstruction of the damaged refineries.
