This meeting was held on the sixth of Mehr and addressed the evaluation indicators of Fouad and related processes.

Sadeghah Khazaei, Deputy Minister of Oil for Management Development and Human Capital, emphasized the importance of providing appropriate services to the target community during this meeting. She highlighted the need to honor clients and the significance of emotions and feelings in the complaint handling process, stressing that attention to people's feelings should be a priority in their work.

Kamel Davoodi, Head of the National Inspection Center, Health Promotion, and Administrative Emergencies of the Administrative and Recruitment Organization of the country, presented a report on the performance of the Fouad system. He noted the Ministry of Oil's good performance and mentioned its connection to the online monitoring system of Fouad indicators as a leading agency in this area. This connection allows the Ministry of Oil to respond to requests more efficiently and provide better services.
Furthermore, Masoud Rahimi, Director General of Inspection, Performance Monitoring, and Complaint Handling at the Ministry of Oil, highlighted the importance of this industry's services to citizens, referring to the continuity of the oil industry's core functions despite existing threats, especially during the recent war, and emphasized the continuation of this trend.
Strengthening Coordination at Intermediate and Provincial Levels
The managers present at the meeting welcomed the actions taken and emphasized the need to strengthen coordination in the governance of the intermediate and provincial levels of the Fouad plan. The main goal of this coordination is to enhance the quality and speed of responses to citizens' requests.
This meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Oil for Management Development and Human Capital, the Director General of Inspection, Performance Monitoring, and Complaint Handling at the Ministry of Oil, executive managers of the National Iranian Gas Company, the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, the Head of the National Inspection Center, Health Promotion, and Administrative Emergencies of the Administrative and Recruitment Organization of the country, and the deputies of this center.
