The management of fueling vehicles without the conditions to receive a fuel card in Khorasan has begun with new measures from Hamid Mozaffarinejad, the director of the National Oil Products Distribution Company in the Sabzevar region. Starting from the beginning of November, by charging 50 liters of gasoline at 10,000 tomans on the fuel cards of private vehicles, the need for customers to use emergency cards at stations has been reduced.
Possibility of Fueling Vehicles Without Conditions
Hamid Mozaffarinejad announced the provision of the possibility for fueling vehicles that do not meet the conditions for receiving a fuel card. These vehicles, including administrative vehicles and older models over 25 years old, can refuel by visiting selected stations in the region equipped with a centralized share allocation system and license plate recognition cameras, after identity verification and fuel needs assessment.

Selected Stations in Western Khorasan
The director of the National Oil Products Distribution Company in the Sabzevar region introduced the selected stations for fueling vehicles without fuel cards. These stations include:
- Sabzevar City: Shahid-e-Mad defenders of the shrine, Motavali, and Shahid Ali Nejad stations
- Round trip route to Mashhad: Biheq, Arya, and Hajj Mollahadi Sabzevari stations
- Davaran County: Imam Reza station in Joghtai County and Bani al-Hussein station
- Bardaskan County: Cooperative and Tos Anabad stations
- Jovin County: Atamolk station
- Khoshab County: Sultanabad station
- Naghab County: Soleimanpour station
These stations have been designated to provide fueling services to vehicles without fuel cards.
Conditions for Fueling Motorcycles
Mozaffarinejad also pointed out that some motorcycles over 10 years old do not meet the conditions for receiving a fuel card. The possibility of fueling these vehicles with an emergency card is available at all stations in the region after the vehicle information is registered.
Necessity of Using Personal Fuel Cards
The director of the Sabzevar region emphasized that using a personal fuel card is essential for optimal fuel consumption management. The necessary infrastructure preparation at the stations in the region is underway with the aim of managing the use of emergency cards, and with the installation of share allocation software and license plate recognition cameras, the possibility of managed use of these cards for essential cases will be provided.
