Changing the approach to carrier companies
The Deputy Planning Minister of Oil emphasized that the perspective towards carrier companies should shift from contracting to investment and partnership, adding: "Today, activities should be managed in a networked manner, and linear methods are not effective enough." Zeraatkar stressed that there is a serious need for an integrated data governance platform to create unified command.
Zeraatkar continued by highlighting the importance of enhancing consumption culture, stating: "Many people do not have sufficient awareness of the direct and reciprocal connections between the fields of water, electricity, and gas."
