Suardiaz Operations and Goals
At the ship's unveiling ceremony in June, Suardiaz announced that the RS Atlantico will operate as part of its fleet on Atlantic routes. Due to its dual-fuel capabilities, particularly the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG), this vessel is considered a sustainable and environmentally friendly option for maritime transport.
The development and deployment of dual-fuel vessels like the RS Atlantico contribute to reducing emissions and improving energy efficiency in the maritime transport industry. Given global concerns about climate change and the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, these types of vessels are seen as part of sustainable solutions.
With the delivery of this vessel, Eastern Pacific Shipping has taken another step towards advancement in the maritime transport industry and enhancing environmental standards. This ship not only helps increase vehicle transport capacity but also aligns with global sustainability goals.
