The South Pars Gas Complex, as one of the most important energy supply entities in the country, with a share of nearly 70 percent in supplying the country's energy basket, has a vital responsibility in maintaining the gas flow to the national grid. Gholamabbas Hosseini, the CEO of this complex, emphasized the maximum readiness to get through the cold months of the year and reported on the round-the-clock efforts of the complex's staff and specialists.
100 Percent Readiness of Refineries for Winter
In this regard, Hosseini stated: "The efforts of the staff and operational and repair teams of the complex are being pursued within the framework of precise and targeted programs so that the refineries enter winter with 100 percent readiness and the gas needed by compatriots is supplied sustainably and safely." This complex, with 4 refineries, has a daily production capacity of over 100 million cubic meters of gas.

100 Percent Supply of Equipment from Domestic Sources
The CEO of South Pars Gas Complex also referred to the complex's approach to utilizing domestic capabilities and said: "Since the beginning of this year's major repairs, 100 percent of the parts and equipment needed have been supplied from the capacity of domestic manufacturers, knowledge-based companies, and first-time manufactured products." This action is considered an important step towards self-sufficiency and reducing dependence on foreign resources.
Hosseini, referring to the positive impact of this approach on the development of technology and localization of strategic equipment, added: "Relying on the capabilities of domestic specialists and the capacity of knowledge-based companies lays the groundwork for increasing the resilience of the country's gas industry, and this path will be pursued with determination."
The CEO of South Pars Gas Complex also emphasized the necessity of utilizing new technologies and said: "Upgrading technology and using innovative solutions are among the main focuses of the South Pars Gas Complex's programs, and we strive to enhance the productivity and reliability of equipment by leveraging all technological capacities."
He concluded by emphasizing that the public can also play an important role in preserving national resources and preventing energy waste by managing and optimizing gas consumption. Adhering to consumption patterns and avoiding unnecessary uses is a national necessity that can help preserve the country's assets.
