The Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce (ATCC) is organizing a business mission from October 18 to 22, 2026, in Neuquén, Argentina, aimed at connecting U.S. energy companies, investors, and technology providers with operators and buyers active in the Vaca Muerta field. This mission will coincide with the AOG Patagonia 2026 exhibition and seeks to create a business matching program between participating American companies and Argentine companies with specific needs in capabilities, technologies, and services.

Business Mission Details

At this event, participants will present information regarding their capabilities, certifications, geographical scope, and business priorities. Buyers will also be able to identify their supply needs. ATCC will arrange 15-minute meetings between potential business partners using this information. These interactions are designed to strengthen collaborations and partnerships in the energy sector and enhance industrial capabilities.

New Needs in the Vaca Muerta Field

The ongoing development of the Vaca Muerta field has created demands beyond traditional oil field services. These needs include infrastructure, financing, logistics, industrial equipment, and digital technologies. Additionally, this mission will include discussions on financing large-scale energy projects in Vaca Muerta, attracting international investments, and risk mitigation tools. Industrial capabilities and digital transformation will also be on the agenda.

This business mission coincides with the AOG Patagonia 2026 exhibition, which is expected to bring over 400 exhibiting brands and 17,000 industry professionals to Neuquén. The ATCC matching program for this mission will be open until September 30.
