In the first week of October 2026, the bulk carrier and tanker market faced stable valuations. According to reports, the value of bulk carriers was generally stable, with only minor adjustments observed in certain categories such as young Supramax and Panamax. In contrast, second-hand ships were well received, and their supply was limited.

Other Suezmax tankers included Tataki (150,000 tons, built in January 2010) sold for $97 million and Tianlong (159,000 tons, built in January 2009) sold for $88 million. The Suezmax LXH, with a capacity of 151,200 tons (built in April 2004), was sold for $61.5 million.
MR2 tankers also performed well in the market. The Aurea Glory, with a capacity of 48,700 tons (built in May 2006), was sold for $17.5 million, with an estimated value of $16.07 million.
Given the strong demand and limited supply, the second-hand ship market remains in a positive state. New ships are also facing delivery times extending to 2029 and 2030, which impacts prices in the market.
