Mohammad Reza Asgari, Head of Maintenance Engineering at the West Oil and Gas Production Company, announced that this repair period includes a series of technical operations aimed at improving the performance and safety of the unit's equipment.

The major repairs in this unit include pipeline and tank repairs based on the results of technical inspections, inspections of pressure vessels, welding, and replacement of worn-out lines. Additionally, reviewing and updating control systems and assessing emergency shutdown systems (ESD) are other focal points of this operation. Painting of the equipment is also considered part of this process.

Asgari emphasized that the main priority in executing major repairs is the strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (HSE) requirements and conducting operations in accordance with technical standards. He also noted that planning and coordination among operational, repair, and contracting units have been carried out to mobilize resources and execute activities on time to prevent disruptions in the production process.
