This meeting and signing ceremony of the memorandum was attended by Mohammad Reza Khosravi Niko, President of Petroleum University, Fardin Rashidi, CEO of Abadan Oil Refinery, Jalil Mokhtar, representative of the people of Abadan in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and a number of senior managers and officials from both institutions.
