Mahmoud Aminnejad, during the signing ceremony of the Integrated Production Services (IPS) contract for the Azadegan oil field, highlighted the importance of this project, stating: With the cooperation of the Ministry of Oil, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, and the National Development Fund, a $2.1 billion facility for the development of the field has been finalized. Azadegan is one of the important fields in the country, and its development, especially in the current conditions, holds significant importance not only economically but also in terms of preserving national interests.
Financial Resources and Accelerating Development Operations
Aminnejad pointed out that with this financing, there should be no concerns regarding financial resources during the project execution and subsequent phases, which can be a significant driver for accelerating the development operations of the field.

Drilling Operations and Development of the Surrounding Area
The CEO of the Arvand Oil and Gas Development Company emphasized that in development projects, there is human resource and executive capability, but financial resources play the role of fuel for the project's movement, and fortunately, efforts have been made in the Azadegan project to address this concern.
Aminnejad mentioned the drilling operations in the Azadegan field, stating: In recent weeks, efforts have been made to pursue drilling operations alongside other development activities at a faster pace, and drilling new wells has been included in the execution plan. The goal is to implement the project according to the schedule and, if possible, at an even faster pace.
He also stressed the necessity of paying attention to the development of the surrounding area of the field, stating: The development of Azadegan should not mean harming the area, and alongside the development of the field, the prosperity of the region is also a national duty. A significant budget has been allocated for social responsibility in this project to take necessary actions in areas such as employment for local youth, healthcare, education, and welfare services.
In conclusion, Aminnejad emphasized the need for optimism through practical actions, stating: In the oil industry, relying on domestic capabilities and cooperation among executive entities, we must remove obstacles from the path of development and strive to ensure that the practical achievements of projects lead to increased hope in society.
