Ichthys Energy has sold part of its assets in the Permian Basin to several buyers while maintaining its primary position in the Northern Delaware field of New Mexico. Details of these transactions and the identities of the buyers have not been disclosed.
Focus on Developing the Northern Delaware Field
Ichthys Energy, based in Dallas, is focused on consolidating and developing upstream assets in the Northern Delaware field. The company received a commitment for investment from its investor, Post Oak Energy Capital, in October 2024.

Ichthys's Future Plans
Following these divestitures, Ichthys has announced that it remains in a strong financial position and will continue its collaboration with Post Oak to develop existing assets in New Mexico. The company also plans to pursue new opportunities for acquiring operational and non-operational assets across the Permian Basin.
