Tavakoli emphasized that maintaining safety and the continuity of gas flow in such a network is not possible without the commitment and sacrifice of rescuers and gasmen, stating: These colleagues are on the front lines serving the people at all hours of the day and night. Their manner of presence, speed of action, and professional conduct have a direct role in building trust, calmness, and satisfaction among the public.

Tavakoli emphasized the importance of safeguarding the infrastructure of the gas industry, stating: Today, part of our responsibility is to care for the facilities and equipment that have been created and developed through years of effort and investment. Gasmen and rescuers are the eyes, ears, and ambassadors of the National Iranian Gas Company in the field of service.
He also stressed the necessity of maintaining the readiness of rescue and operational forces, stating: The vastness of the country's gas network necessitates that the readiness of rescue forces is always kept at the highest level. Quick, precise, and responsible reactions to incidents are one of the main pillars of crisis management and the continuity of service to the public.
