Rosenxt has expanded its underwater inspection services to provide solutions for assessing the integrity of marine assets, including structures, pipelines, and cables. These services combine automated inspection and remote control technologies that assist in data assessment and analysis.
Inspection Optimization Services
These services support operators from the initial inspection planning stage through underwater execution, data interpretation, and reporting. Rosenxt has stated that inspection programs can be customized to meet the specific integrity needs of assets based on asset condition assessment, change monitoring, and intervention planning.
Inspection and Data Analysis Capabilities
Inspection capabilities include visual surveys, repeatable 3D reconstruction, cathodic protection, and wall thickness measurement. Rosenxt can also conduct assessments of pipeline and cable routes, burial depth evaluation, and seabed surveys.
The data collected during inspections can identify changes in asset condition and potential hazards such as erosion, free span, debris, and other risks. This information can then be used to prioritize further assessments and interventions and support asset lifespan planning.
Joe Tidball, Investment Manager for Underwater Structures at Rosenxt, stated, "Leveraging decades of experience in asset integrity and recent strategic transactions that have brought together knowledge, experience, and technology, we are pleased to offer a leading option to the market."
This expanded service is built on Rosenxt's existing expertise in integrity and pipeline engineering and includes underwater automated technologies. These capabilities have also been enhanced through technology acquisitions including K.U.M and Zupt.
Rosenxt has stated that the combination of underwater inspection, monitoring, and data analysis aims to provide operators with repeatable condition information that can be compared over time to support decisions regarding marine asset integrity.
