Mohammad Mashkinfam, during a visit to the Rey oil warehouse, emphasized the need to expedite the reconstruction of the damaged oil warehouses in Tehran and Karaj, stating: The reconstruction operations have begun under exceptional conditions and with the mobilization of all resources to ensure that fuel distribution in the capital and across the country continues uninterrupted.

Time Management and the Determination of Employees

The CEO of the National Engineering and Oil Construction Company of Iran pointed out the issues that usually exist in engineering projects, stating: Unlike regular projects, which take months for the basic design, preparation of the scope of work, and tendering procedures, in this project, time management is critical, and for this reason, the execution and reconstruction of the damaged facilities, including piping, began immediately after the incident and even on holidays.

Significant Progress and Close Supervision

Mashkinfam added: Despite the large volume of work and technical complexities, this project has made significant progress. He also mentioned the close supervision of the project’s execution at all stages and reminded that this project is in no way comparable to regular engineering projects. Nevertheless, with the implementation of strict technical controls and the round-the-clock efforts of the oil industry’s operational staff, the set goals have been achieved, and the country’s fuel supply chain continues to operate without interruption.

This project not only helps maintain fuel distribution in Tehran and Karaj but also its positive impacts will be felt in other regions of the country. Especially in the current conditions where the need for continuous and uninterrupted fuel supply is felt, these efforts are of particular importance.
