Plarak stated that the Holy Shrines Development and Reconstruction Headquarters has active structures in all provinces and ministries, and the main goal of the meetings is to create maximum coordination for collecting donations and directing public offerings to reconstruction projects. He added that the Ministry of Oil, as one of the leading agencies, has gone beyond the government's commitments in serving the pilgrims. This ministry has satisfactorily fulfilled its commitments in providing fuel for the tents, transportation, and moving pilgrims, especially during the Arbaeen days.

Proposal for the "Service Donation by Employees" Plan
Furthermore, Hassan Plarak announced new initiatives in the field of reconstructing the holy shrines and proposed a plan titled "Service Donation by Employees." He suggested that by considering one day's salary of employees in the year as a continuous charity, direct participation of the Ministry of Oil in a specific project could be facilitated. Plarak emphasized that this plan could lead to the establishment of a specific portico or courtyard in the holy shrines in the name of the dedicated employees of the oil industry, which would certainly be a valuable and lasting memorial.
