This illegal connection was installed in one of the brick kilns in Borujerd County using polyethylene piping with a diameter of 63 millimeters and the construction of an underground channel before the measurement station. The purpose of this action was unauthorized extraction and to prevent the actual consumption volume from being recorded in the relevant meters.
Dangerous Consequences
Sepahvand emphasized the dangerous consequences of tampering with gas supply facilities, stating that these actions not only violate public rights but also disrupt the pressure and stability of the gas distribution network and challenge the safety coefficient of transmission lines. He stressed that the smart monitoring and flow tracking system has managed to identify and remove the violation despite complex concealments.

The CEO of the Gas Company of Lorestan Province announced the referral of the offenders to judicial authorities and stated: A legal case for this industrial unit has been established and submitted to the judiciary for legal proceedings and recovery of damages to state property. Furthermore, continuous online monitoring of all industrial units and high-consumption subscribers in the province will continue, and any encroachment on the network will be responded to swiftly and decisively.
