The contract for the purchase of four offshore drilling rigs was signed with the Iranian Offshore Oil Company. This contract was signed in the presence of Ahmadreza Rasti, CEO of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company, Amir Maghiseh, Investment and Business Manager of the National Iranian Oil Company, Salman Khosravi, Deputy CEO of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company, and the CEOs of the investing and drilling rig supplying companies at the headquarters of this company.
Supply of drilling rigs and its importance
In this ceremony, Ahmadreza Rasti pointed out the multiple stages for finalizing the contracts and considered their signing as the result of months of efforts and collaboration among various entities in the oil industry. He added: "The supply of these rigs is the result of joint cooperation between the employer and domestic investors. The low year of construction and the newness of the anticipated rigs double the importance of these contracts, and it is expected that their entry into the operational cycle will facilitate the development of drilling activities and increase production in the country's offshore fields."

Timely supply of the rigs and their entry into the operational cycle are among the most important requirements for the successful execution of these contracts."
