Arvand Petrochemical, with significant production capacity and the removal of electricity supply restrictions, has achieved remarkable growth in its product output. An analysis of the production lines of this petrochemical shows that the total production of ethylene dichloride (EDC) increased from 16,793 tons in September to 37,894 tons in October, indicating a 126% increase.
Growth in Key Product Production
In this context, the production of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) rose by 410% from 3,304 tons to 16,849 tons, and the production of polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC) also increased by 456% from 2,391 tons to 13,288 tons. This trend indicates a significant improvement in the production performance of this petrochemical.

Additionally, in the caustic products section with 100% purity, production increased from 17,805 tons to 30,340 tons, and chlorine production rose from 15,802 tons to 26,927 tons. These figures clearly demonstrate the positive impact of removing electricity supply restrictions on the performance of this petrochemical complex.
Revival of E-PVC Production
The production of 2,200 tons of E-PVC in October, compared to zero production of this product in September, indicates the revival of this product's production at Arvand Petrochemical. This increase in production, along with improved energy supply conditions, has led to higher productivity levels and more effective utilization of the production capacities of this complex.
Overall, these performances reflect an improvement in the production status of Arvand Petrochemical in October and a closer alignment of production with the operational capacities of the complex. With the continued positive trend in electricity supply and energy stability, it can be expected that this petrochemical will continue to effectively utilize its production capacities by stabilizing production levels.
