Gholamabbas Hosseini, CEO of the South Pars Gas Complex, announced the completion of major maintenance operations at the twelve refineries of the complex. Given the upcoming limitations, 6 refineries were included in the maintenance plans, and this operation was completed according to the schedule while adhering to safety requirements and standards. The refineries of the South Pars Gas Complex are now fully prepared for sustainable and maximum gas production needed by the country.
Purpose of Major Maintenance
Hosseini continued: This year's major maintenance was carried out with the aim of increasing operational readiness, maintaining equipment reliability, and providing suitable conditions for the continued processing of gas during the cold months of the year. In this regard, the preparation of key equipment and strategic facilities of the refineries was pursued diligently.

The Role of Domestic Capacity in Maintenance
The CEO of the South Pars Gas Complex emphasized the role of domestic capacity in the successful execution of these programs, stating: A significant portion of the maintenance activities was carried out relying on domestic capacities, the knowledge and experience of the complex's specialists, and innovative actions. The central workshop of the complex, with its capabilities in repair, reconstruction, and manufacturing of parts and equipment, played an effective role in supporting the major maintenance operations.
He added: Utilizing domestic capacities not only supports the continuity of production but also creates the ground for increasing operational readiness and reducing dependence on foreign resources. The South Pars Gas Complex prioritizes maximizing the capabilities of domestic companies, manufacturers, and Iranian specialists.

Hosseini, referring to the importance of continuous gas production during the cold months of the year, reminded: We hope that with the preparedness established in the refineries of the complex, we can provide maximum processing and gas production capacity sustainably and without interruption to the national grid during the cold months and serve our esteemed people.
