Omid Shakeri, CEO of the National Petrochemical Company, Babak Pourkia, CEO of Shiraz Petrochemical Company, and Mohammad Ali Soleimani, board member of Pardis Petrochemical Company, today (Tuesday, October 6) signed the memorandums for the implementation of the Pulse of Energy initiative during a special meeting. This initiative is designed to strengthen industrial infrastructure and increase production capacity in the country's petrochemical industry.

Goals and Importance of the Pulse of Energy Initiative

The Pulse of Energy initiative, as a key program for the sustainable development of the country's petrochemical industry, has been launched with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing production costs. This program seeks to improve the performance of petrochemical companies and enhance the quality of produced products. With the signing of this memorandum, joint collaborations among various petrochemical companies in the country will be strengthened, thereby increasing the overall production capacity of the petrochemical industry.

Details of the Memorandums and Their Consequences

These memorandums include agreements in areas of joint research and development, improvement of production processes, and exchange of knowledge and new technologies in the petrochemical industry. Given the high capacities of petrochemical fields, this program can significantly contribute to increasing production and reducing dependency on imports. Additionally, these collaborations can lead to the creation of new job opportunities and economic prosperity in regions where these industries are located.

Currently, Iran's petrochemical industry, with an annual production capacity of over 60 million tons, is considered one of the main economic sectors of the country. With the implementation of the Pulse of Energy initiative and the collaborations established, it is expected that this capacity will significantly increase and production standards will also improve.
