The commitment of the Mahbano Campaign "Energy Ambassadors" was signed by a group of senior managers of the Ministry of Oil, officials of the National Iranian Gas Company, and members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. This action is part of the government's efforts to increase energy consumption efficiency and reduce the waste of natural resources.
Targeting Optimal Energy Consumption
The Mahbano Campaign "Energy Ambassadors" was created to raise public awareness about the importance of optimal natural gas consumption. Given the high capacity of Iran's gas reservoirs, estimated at around ٣٤ trillion cubic meters, this campaign can serve as an effective tool in the optimal management of the country's energy resources. Optimal gas consumption not only helps preserve national resources but can also improve the quality of life for citizens and reduce environmental pollution.

The Role of the Ministry of Oil and the National Iranian Gas Company
The Ministry of Oil and the National Iranian Gas Company are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of educational and promotional programs in this campaign. According to the planned programs, this campaign will be implemented nationally and in all provinces, aiming to create a network of energy ambassadors who can promote the culture of optimal consumption in local communities.
This campaign includes programs such as holding educational workshops, distributing educational materials, and organizing competitions and festivals. Additionally, extensive collaborations with educational institutions and universities for research and development of new methods for optimal energy consumption are planned.
Given the challenges facing the country in terms of energy supply and the need for proper resource management, this campaign can serve as a successful model in other areas of energy consumption as well. Reforming consumption patterns and increasing productivity can significantly help reduce energy costs and improve the economic situation in the country.
