A meeting to review the capacities of manufacturers and parts suppliers in East Azerbaijan was held with the presence of Engineer Ghafari, Technical Deputy of Tabriz Petrochemical, and a number of managers and experts from related units. This meeting was organized to identify and review the technical and engineering capabilities of the member companies of the Association of Machine Manufacturers and Parts Suppliers of the province.
Introduction of Tabriz Petrochemical and Cooperation Capacities
In this meeting, Engineer Ghafari introduced Tabriz Petrochemical and explained the existing capacities and areas of cooperation with the manufacturers and parts suppliers of the province. The managers and representatives of the attending companies also introduced their technical capabilities, executive backgrounds, and manufacturing capacities. This interaction was aimed at better understanding the needs of the complex and identifying the existing capacities in the province.

Review of Needs and Opportunities at Tabriz Petrochemical
The engineering unit of Tabriz Petrochemical outlined the needs and opportunities available in the domestic manufacturing of parts, equipment, and items required by the complex. Among the issues raised was the strengthening of direct communication between Tabriz Petrochemical and the province's manufacturers, identifying the technical and specialized capacities of member companies of the association, and utilizing the capabilities of specialized manufacturers. These matters were emphasized to develop cooperation in engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply, maintenance, and localization of parts and equipment.
Additionally, the existing capacities for manufacturing the required equipment and items for the complex, reducing dependence on foreign suppliers, and improving quality and manufacturing standards were other key discussion points in this meeting. The transfer of technical knowledge and the development of participation opportunities for capable domestic companies in Tabriz Petrochemical projects were also significant topics.
In another part of this meeting, the specialized needs of maintenance units were discussed, and the possibility of utilizing the capabilities of the province's manufacturers for the construction and supply of required parts and equipment was examined. One of the important needs raised was the construction of mechanical seals, which are considered one of the key equipment in this industry.
At the end of this meeting, emphasis was placed on creating an effective mechanism for the continuity of communication between Tabriz Petrochemical and the province's manufacturing companies. It was decided that, in cooperation with the Association of Machine Manufacturers and Parts Suppliers, a service desk would be established in the automotive technology park to facilitate direct communication, identify capacities, outline needs, and follow up on cooperation opportunities between the complex and the member companies of the association.
