Removing production barriers and the role of the government

He also referred to the existing challenges in the area of order registration and currency allocation, stating: "The private sector should have the authority to easily use the currency obtained from its exports to secure raw materials." The President of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce mentioned that they are negotiating with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade to reform laws so that cumbersome administrative regulations do not hinder the activities of industrialists.
The importance of unifying the currency rate
Najafi Arab emphasized the importance of resolving currency uncertainties for manufacturing industries, stating: "Removing currency barriers and facilitating producers' access to currency resources is essential for the operation and development of polymer and petrochemical industries, especially the downstream industries of this chain."
The President of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce criticized the dominance of "command economy" and "price controls," emphasizing that as long as the economy is not freed from this command structure, many problems will remain unresolved. He added: "The government should take advantage of the current opportunity to unify the currency rate; as this action is one of the key steps to resolve the uncertainties of the industry and facilitate production processes."
Najafi Arab also noted the role of the Chamber in addressing the problems of economic activists, stating: "The Chamber does not have executive operations, and our duty is to consult with officials to resolve the challenges of the private sector." He also referred to the minor openings that are being observed in the business environment, saying: "The result of these continuous consultations of the Chamber is evident, although there is still a long way to go to completely solve structural problems."
