Kolibri Global Energy has completed hydraulic fracturing operations on three wells in the Clifton Mack field in the state of Oklahoma. The company is now ready to begin the flowback process and simultaneously start work on a separate well targeting Bench False Caney.

Details of Clifton Mack Operations

Kolibri has completed hydraulic fracturing and plug drillout operations on the Clifton Mack 11-14-1HR, 11-14-2HR, and 11-14-3HR wells. The company holds between 97% and 99% working interest in these wells. Flowback is expected to commence soon, and initial production rates are anticipated in the coming weeks.

Drilling of Lovina Well and Bench False Caney Test

Kolibri has also completed a lateral drilling of 1.2 miles for the Lovina 8-5-1HF well, in which it holds a 99.9% working interest. Plans to commence hydraulic fracturing for this well have been made for early in the fourth quarter of this year. Lovina represents Kolibri's first test in Bench False Caney, and the company has stated that successful development of this area could lead to the creation of additional drilling locations and an increase in reserves. The Lovina location is not included in Kolibri's 2025 reserves report.

Wolf Regner, CEO and President of Kolibri, stated: "We are very pleased that the Clifton Mack wells will soon join production, and we have also completed drilling the Lovina 8-5-1HF well, which is our first test in Bench False Caney."

The Clifton Mack locations are classified as prospective in Kolibri's reserves report dated December 31, 2025, and the company expects these locations to convert to proven reserves in the next report.

Kolibri has also announced that cash flow from new production could lead to debt reduction, return of capital to shareholders, and additional drilling. The company added that sustained high oil prices could allow them to accelerate drilling beyond their previous plans.
