Hamid Habibi, the commercial director of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, announced the start of super gasoline supply at 50 fuel stations across the country. This action comes in response to the increased demand for super gasoline and the need for imported vehicles for this type of fuel. The production of this product has begun at the Persian Gulf Star Refinery and the Shazand Refinery, and the necessary permits for supply at 100 additional stations have also been obtained.
Details of Super Gasoline Supply
The commercial director of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company pointed out that a contract for the supply of super gasoline for 50 stations has been signed, stating: "It is planned to increase the number of supplying stations throughout the month of Aban." Currently, 15 fixed stations and 10 mobile fuel delivery vehicles in Tehran are supplying super gasoline.
Price and Purchase Conditions for Super Gasoline
Hamid Habibi announced the price of super gasoline at supplying stations to be between 103,000 to 110,000 tomans per liter. He added: "Stations purchase this product directly from the refinery and transport it at their own expense, which is why the supply price is determined competitively and in line with transportation costs." Habibi also emphasized that the supply of super gasoline is done without quotas, and applicants can obtain as much as they need from the supplying stations.
With this action, it is expected that the growing market demand for super gasoline will be met and the problems arising from the shortage of this type of fuel will be reduced. Moreover, these developments could lead to an improvement in the quality of fuel used in imported vehicles and increase consumer satisfaction.
