Global energy markets have recently faced downward fluctuations in most major oil and gas price indices. According to the latest data, the price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil has decreased by 1.57 units to reach $90.28. Meanwhile, Brent crude oil also fell by 1.40 units, equivalent to 1.34%, trading at $103.30.

Midland crude oil (WTI Midland) has also seen a decrease of 2.14%, reaching a price of $90.86. Among the oil indices, only Murban crude oil has experienced a slight increase of 0.12%, rising to $110.60. The OPEC Basket and Indian Basket have also seen significant price increases; the OPEC Basket rose by 4.14% to $114, while the Indian Basket increased by 2.95% to $121.10.

Price Decline in Gas and Products Market

In the gas and products market, a downward trend is prevailing. The price of natural gas has decreased by 1.86% to $3.16. Additionally, the price of gasoline has fallen by 2.13% to $3.22. Heating oil has also seen the largest decline in this group, with a drop of 2.95%, priced at $4.59.

These price fluctuations indicate significant changes in global energy supply and demand. Given the political and economic developments, especially in oil and gas producing countries, these fluctuations may persist. Analysts believe that factors such as changes in OPEC production policies and the global economic situation can have a profound impact on energy prices.
