Bidboland Gas Refinery, emphasizing the importance of major repairs, has undertaken extensive repairs to maintain gas production capacity during the cold season. This industrial complex, which has always been recognized as one of the main pillars of the country's gas industry, has managed to ensure sustainable energy production with the highest level of quality and safety through precise planning and the utilization of all available resources.
Major Repairs and Maintaining Production Stability
Ali Mohammad Pourreza, CEO of Bidboland Gas Refinery, stated: "Annual major repairs are the beating heart of preparing refinery complexes to face harsh operational conditions in the cold months of the year." Given this importance, all process equipment, dehydration units, compressors, and precision instrument systems at this refinery have been thoroughly inspected and underwent preventive and major repairs.

Safety and Health as a Priority
Pourreza emphasized the safety approach in conducting repairs, saying: "In Bidboland's organizational culture, production without safety is worthless." The execution of major repair operations has been carried out under the continuous supervision of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) unit, and with the assessment of occupational risks and obtaining safe work permits, an impressive record of incident-free work has been achieved. These actions contribute to maintaining the health of human resources and enhancing safety in the workplace.
The CEO of the refinery also referred to the mechanisms for ensuring maximum production and added: "Ensuring production continuity requires a systemic view, online monitoring of operational parameters, and 100% readiness of operational teams." With the establishment of new maintenance and repair systems and the anticipation of various crisis scenarios, we are confident that during the coldest days of the year, the gas production cycle at Bidboland will continue without the slightest interruption.
Achieving Production Goals and Reducing Pollution
Pourreza referred to production statistics and said: "With the jihadist efforts of colleagues in recent years, especially in the years 1404 and 1405, we have witnessed a significant increase in gas production volume." This production not only helps supply feedstock for downstream industries but also brings foreign currency to the country.
He also emphasized the 'Green Refining' approach at Bidboland and noted: "In this refinery, we consider development incomplete without environmental considerations." By implementing pollution reduction projects, we have managed to prevent the consumption of 500,000 cubic meters of natural gas and reduce the emission of 1,000 tons of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$), which is equivalent to planting 16,000 trees.
Finally, Pourreza, referring to the sustainable development approaches and social responsibilities of Bidboland Refinery, mentioned the implementation of innovative projects in the field of reducing environmental pollutants and optimizing energy consumption, adding that these actions will enhance the operational efficiency of the refinery and fulfill environmental commitments.
