At this ceremony, attended by Ahmad Shanian, Deputy for Inspection and Supervision of Capital Goods, and other managers from the Consumer Protection Organization, Roya Azizi, Director General of the Non-Metallic Industries Office of the Consumer Protection Organization, stated about the evaluation process for this certificate: "In the audits and rigorous tests of the Consumer Protection Organization, Behrooz Oil Company has successfully passed the relevant indicators and tests."

Behrooz Oil's Performance in Critical Conditions

Azizi continued by referring to Behrooz Oil's performance during the 40-day war, saying: "Behrooz Oil Company was one of the companies that maintained a good relationship with our organization during the war and cooperated very well in the production, supply, and distribution of its products during missile attacks and wartime conditions."

She emphasized: "During the war and based on non-combatant defense protocols, and considering that the Behrooz refinery is located next to the Tehran refinery, which was also subjected to the enemy's cowardly attacks, the Behrooz refinery did not shut down, and even in the face of evacuation orders, its management and staff continued to stand by their work."

Azizi concluded this part of her speech by stating: "This effort and the courage of the CEO and his colleagues, despite the dangers of enemy attacks, supply chain issues, and logistical obstacles, is commendable, and Behrooz Oil made significant contributions to production and the economic situation of the country during that period."

According to Ali Kazemi, CEO of Behrooz Oil Company, obtaining this certificate for the second consecutive term indicates that Behrooz Oil's commitment to consumer rights is not a temporary or situational approach but rather a part of the company's organizational structure and culture. The resilience of this organization in the toughest possible conditions affirms this approach, as Behrooz Oil has maintained its quality and commitment not only in normal conditions but also in critical situations.
